Laser Beam Machining
High-speed, high-precision laser machining could realise cost savings with the best lead time. Not only iron or stainless steel but also aluminium can be processed. Laser processing on pipes with pipe-index can be optional.
Machine Assembly
After metal fabrication, machine assembly is of course included in our service. Our own machine products and customers' OEM products are assembled in-house by experienced specialists.
Bending
Hundreds of types of tools can be used to realise different sizes and angles of the materials.
Pressing
With a maximum press capacity of 200t, we can perform various raising, bending and die cutting processes.
We can also produce customer tooling.
Spin forming
Spin forming requires a very high level of expertise.
We can provide high precession forming with short lead times through our skilled experts.
Welding
We can produce highly accurate welded products with minimal distortion through the use of welding robots, cooling equipment and specially designed fixing jigs.
Machining
We have NC lathes and machining centres. The latest 3D CAD/CAM software supports the design of very complex parts.
